Special thanks to the Vista Women's Club for their donation of $200 and to Vista Soroptomist for their donation of $750 to the Vista Art Foundation this month.
We've had a busy month preparing for the Strawberry Festival (Sunday, May 30th); and the Bronson Brothers' show. Thanks to all who have made all this possible. We are now abloom with new outdoor sculptures - how lucky we are to have all these in our downtown. I am looking forward to June as we have Elon Ebanks as our Featured Artist, along with BK Bishar and Tom Cooly. Also we have a children's show courtesy of Winifred Meiser. Thanks to all of you who are part of this wonderful organization. . . .Vista is becoming a Destination.

Our May Reception was a huge success. The Gallery was packed and then the live music started at 9pm. A good time was had by all who attended. The buffet was soooo good, thanks to Gary & Charles Bronson and family. Usually, the featured artist brings in the main course, while the Bronson Brothers brought in everything and then some! Way to go!
Our newest members, Dawn Harrison, Katherine Gould, Sheila Szabo and Michael McCaslin were introduced at out May Reception.

in an article about the Vista Conservancy's "WALK OF FAME",
which will feature 150 portraits of local folks who have become "celebrities".
